The guys were very helpful and not pushy at all. Had the car fully cleaned before I picked it up. Found 2 issues with the car. A faultly window mechanism and a caliper sticking slightly. They had both things fixed almost immediately for me, they insistesd it was all fixed on their account and was all perfect for me
