I was so impressed with the staff. They were friendly and professional. All of them went out of their way to help me. I was able to buy a great car, find and pay for car insurance, road tax, all with help from staff. They were great! I was not expecting that at all. Excellent.

M&A were very friendly and courteous people to deal with, as we were unable to view the vehicle due to lockdown, they photographed any damage to the bodywork that we couldn’t see in the photos on Autotrader to make sure we were still happy to proceed with buying the car. They were kind enough to deliver the vehicle over 100 miles and kept us updated on their arrival at all times. When they arrived, they spent lots of time making sure we were happy to complete the purchase. I would recommend M&A to any buyer!
