Friendly, easy going and non- pressured. Went above by obtaining previous service history details etc. No hard sell - practical advice given. Does ‘what it says on the tin’ service. Car was clean, presentable, information given, keen to explain all tech bits and pieces and happy for a few test drives. Ensured we were happy before leaving us time to explore / consider. AA package and warranty on purchase. Can’t think what else you’d want from a mid market car sales business. Lots of choice.

Experience on buying the car was good. At first we browsed the main dealer garages at Riverside. Absolute shocking used cars in such states, Vauxhall in particular such high prices cars were poor examples and in poor condition, over priced and high mileage. I saw the Ford Ka online at M&A with 8,000 miles on the clock. Upon arrival to the garage we were welcomed by the staff. We weren't pounced on before we got out the car like other garages. The men at this garage weren't your typical sales men pouncing on you and pressuring you to buy anything. They were friendly and helpful. I bought the Ka and the garage gave me 12 months MOT on it and 12 months free breakdown cover with the AA. M&A had some decent good quality cars in stock at good prices. I would recommend people to look at this garage if looking for a good car. The Ka I bought was in immaculate condition inside and out, not a single scratch on it. Cars are looked after here and well kempt.

I spent a lot of time over 2 days just wandering around the lot. All the staff were very pleasent as well as helpful. I went backwards and forwards between cars. At no point did I feel rushed or abandoned. I was left to look around but with some always available to answer my questions. I found a car I like and it's at an affordable price. If I end up as happy with the car as I was with the service I will be very happy. X
